Leon’s renovation and resale business thrived, at a time when others faltered.
The most amazing part of Leon’s story is WHY? Amazed to find that less than half of 1% (0.05%) of Brokers and agents use widely available real estate statistics, in their day to day operations, IMS Incorporated was born.
