Intermediate Assistant to CEO

We are looking for a great full-time Intermediate Assistant to CEO who excels in client support, has great organizational skills, great phone and computer skills.

The right individual should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as be responsible and punctual. The successful candidate will be the second admin, providing assistance to the CEO. If you have the skills below, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a wide range of support. You have several years of work experience working for an executive, thereby able to support the CEO. You help by researching to facilitate that every call to large organizations is well prepared.
  • You are capable performing HR functions selecting the best talent available, at a reasonable cost. Able to pre-interview and make recommendations.
  • You are not a clock watcher because you are a career person wanting to climb the corporate ladder.

Qualifications:

  • You type a minimum of 50 WPM and have advanced level proficiency with MS Office programs and online research skills.
  • Your organized, attentive to detail and manage time effectively.
  • Your ability to work intuitively means daily work gets done, and we can all go home at a decent time.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
  • The ability to meet deadlines and prioritize.
  • Being a team player is a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Vibrant, friendly telephone manner lets people know that you're in command.
  • In other words, clients and associates would rather speak to you than to the CEO, because you exuberate confidence, your next stop is a raise and a corporate promotion.

Hours of operation: Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Salary: $17-$18 hourly and bonuses commensurate with your experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Presenting to client inquiries in a dignified, knowledgeable and kind manner
  • Keep accurate notes of successes and failures in CRM
  • Liaising with the sales department to properly follow-up successful demos
  • All clerical duties immediately associated with your position

Qualifications:

  • Exudes a professional and positive demeanor
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent
  • Good software demonstration skills and manners
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Handles confidential information/material with professional judgment
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
