ROLE:
As an Inside Sales Driver, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining a high
level of customer care. You must be a persistent, goal-driven individual with exceptional communication
skills able to discuss a real estate intelligence product with brokers and agents in the real estate industry.
This full time position is located near Dufferin Street and Lawrence Avenue in Toronto.
MAIN DUTIES:
- Make 80 - 100 cold calls a day. Seek out decision makers.
- Follow up leads generated by our marketing department.
- Schedule on -line webinars to demonstrate product via gotomeeting.com.
- Develop an understanding of real estate agents' and brokers' needs.
- Proactively investigate prospects' problems in order to sell them a solution.
- Positively position our product in relation to a prospect's plans and goals.
- Effectively transition leads to prospects to sales.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Essential:
- A minimum of five year's experience in a telesales or sales role.
- Computer literate, using Microsoft Office Suite, CRM.
- A demonstrated ability to exceed clearly defined targets and thrive in a
fast-paced environment where volume of calls equals results.
Desirable:
- A-Bachelor degree or Diploma from a credible post secondary institution.
- Real Estate experience in a selling capacity for residential homes.
- Experience using an auto dialing system.
